InSync Moves offers professional dance and fitness education services to Pre-School, Primary and Secondary schools throughout Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Our classes cater to all levels of ability with a focus on developing a student's confidence, coordination, creativity, teamwork skills and physical fitness. We strive to make all classes fun, challenging and insipiring for students.

MINI MOVES

Mini Moves is our preschool program specifically designed for children aged 2 to 6 years. It combines elements of dance, drama, singing & music in an engaging, creative and fun 45 minute lessons. Delivered by fully qualified instructors, these activities are designed to enrich and maximise learning outcomes with reference to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
